ingredients

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup fresh carrot juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 large ripe banana, chopped
  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted and chopped

Directions

Combine the orange juice, carrot juice, ice, banana and mango in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
