It was awesome. I lightened it up a little with Turkey Italian Sausage added dash of red pepper flakes for a kick and used about half of the ricotta in the recipe. Sorry Bobby!
I agree it was very easy and liked by all. Many commented about the ricotta being a nice touch. -TK

Everyone loved the recipe - my kids couldn't get enough! The best frittata I've ever made and so easy. The ricotta is a wonderful way to top it off. Very easy!

Great recipe, fairly easy to prepare. I used hot Italian sausage rather than mild (or a combo of hot and mild, and think that the hot sausage really gave this dish a good kick. Finishing the recipe with ricotta really makes the dish great.
