One of my favorite 'go to' recipes.
I also serve 1 quesadilla topped with a regular egg.
I have also used the baking instructions for other quesadilla recipes -- tasty!

I make this all the time, but not cut up or with quail eggs. I use regular eggs and serve one 'stack' as a dinner entree. This is an all around sensational recipe.

I used regular eggs. Good (and Fun
