ingredients

  • 3 cups whole or lowfat milk
  • 2 heaping tablespoons best-quality unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

Directions

Put the milk, cocoa powder, confectioners' sugar and vanilla into a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds. Pour into chilled glasses and add a shot of espresso, if desired.
