    The 1st time I made this granola, I made it in the oven and it was way too crunchy for our taste. This time I cooked it in the microwave and it turned out perfectly. The texture was great, and I could taste the cinnamon and brown sugar much more.

    This granola is delicious!!!! The entire family loves it, although I left out the dried fruit for them. This will definitely be made on a regular basis at our house! When it first came out if the oven, it was somewhat soft, not crisp....but as it cooled it crisped up...wonderful!

    Very Yummy! :-
    Only problem i had was when i pulled it out of the oven it wasnt sticky. I just drizzled with more honey and let it cool down. Came out great..and so easy to make! My fiance and i enjoy eating with yogurt..as a cereal..or even a handful plain just to snack on. ;-
