This marmalade has wonderful flavor! I did change-up the recipe a bit, however. I wanted a low sugar version. I used Splenda instead of sugar and also used a freezer jam pectin instead of liquid pectin. The jam was such an appreciated gift this Christmas especially when I also provided a copy of the recipe. I have only made jam a couple of times before, this was the easiest and best tasting!
