The time stated to prep is a little optomistic but the dish is worth the extra time taken. Everyone loved even the ones not sure about the figs. Another excellent meal from Bobby!

I made the entire Tuscan Brunch and it was amazing. I'm not a huge pancake fan and Bobby's were the best I have ever had. All of my friends couldn't get enough. The ricotta made the pancakes so rich, but very light in texture. If you are thinking of skipping the compote, do not! It is stellar and truly makes this dish a stand out.
