I also missed the carmelized onion addition to the drink. It isn't showing in the glasses up above, so I'm thinking it was blended into the drink with other ingredients-hmmm?

I watch this episode and I didn't see Bobby put the Caramelized Spanish Onion into the drink, so when did you put or do the Caramelized Onion, The drink sound Great all the Ingredients of a Bloody Maria and a Margarita combine Can't wait to try it. Just need to know about Caramelized Onion

I tried this recipe and thought it was AWESOME. : I've had two already! :<--- However, I did miss the onion part. It didn't seem to damage the cocktail however. : I thought the Margarita Presidente' I made was awesome and couldn't be surpassed. I was wrong. Thank you Bobby Flay, yummy! At 57 years of age, this is the first time in my Life I've had time to be interested in cooking. Thank you Bobby Flay and the Cooking Channel. :
