    I made these pancakes last weekend following Bobby's recipe exactly, including the bourbon butter. They were the best pancakes I've ever tasted! This recipe is a winner. Be sure to make the bourbon butter and don't forget to toast the pecans. The flavors all go together so well. My husband even reheated these pancakes for a dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!

    Pancakes are so light and fluffy. Who knew Bobby was a breakfast expert. I added a little more sugar to the butter - I like things a little sweater. I use it on everything now. MMMM

    This recipe my family and friends ask for when I make brunch or do breakfast while camping. This is by far my favorite pancake recipe and I have tried 100's of recipes. Thanks Bobby Flay

    I made these for breakfast today. They were wonderful! The Bourbon Molasses Butter really goes well with the pecan pancakes.
