We made these for father's day and they were great! The praline sauce was easy and a delicious alternative to syrup.

These waffles were delicious! I didn't have sour cream so I substituted Greek yogurt. I also just just real maple syrup and berries cooked with some sugar. So good!

Most waffle recipes this light require whipping of the egg whites. This one doesn't. It's awesome. This weekend we were out of sour cream, so we substituted yogurt for sour cream and they were declared so delicious they could be eaten by hand straight from the waffle iron by our six year old.

    Bobby Flay -- you ROCK!
