  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

    It was good,however it was WAY too hot for me,as I couldn't really enjoy the flavor...next time might try taking out vein to lessen intensity of heat from jalapeno
