I didn't have peaches so I used strawberries and strawberry and plain yogurt instead. Didn't have bran so I used oatmeal. Don't have a stand mixer, just a little hand one. Like sound2503 the muffin broke apart at first while getting them out of the muffin tin, but once I let them cool completely, they were just find. I didn't like the oatmeal for my crumble topping so I won't do that again, but other than that, the recipe is a winner...and this is from someone who never bakes. I look forward to making with other fruits.

I actually didn't like this muffin...it came out so moist that it almost had a french toast-ish texture, and I could barely get it out of the THOROUGHLY greased pan without it breaking up! I followed the recipe to the tee, and found it bland and soggy, I couldn't taste any peach at all! Probably won't make them again.

This is definitely a nominee for best supporting muffin. I executed the recipe slightly wrong by winging it and substituting turbinado for muscovado sugar, which we did not have in the pantry. It made the muffin less sweet and a little grittier. Still, the peach yogurt and fresh peaches gave it great flavor and the granola topping achieved a satisfying crunch. I watched Bobby test his batch on the show and I could tell that mine were not yet done after 18 minutes. I returned the tin for an extra 3-4 minutes of baking. The final result boosted simple ham and eggs up to a nice Sunday brunch with my darling wife.

The muffins were very moist. I did not have yogurt so I substituted 10 oz. of cream cheese and peach nectar instead of the cane sugar. Yuumm! I would definitely make them again.

The muffins turned out large and moist. I added cinn, nutmeg and almond extract to the mix. I also used frozen, defrosted peaches because that is what I had on hand. I dont think the peach flavor came through much. I do think this recipe has a typo---I do not think there is supposed to be 6 tbsp butter. I knew the mistake right after I added it to the cereal. It was so buttery it was dripping. I knew I should have cut it down. I think I would make again with changes.

I didn't taste enough peach flavor, the muffins were actually bland. The muffins stuck to the cupcake liners, so there was a lot of waste. I used oats in place of the bran in the topping, and it was very good.
Not sure if I would try making these again.

Nice and easy recipe! Doubled and used 1/2 peach greek yogurt and 1/2 plain as that's all I had; did enhance w/some cinnamon and ground cloves, added a little almond extract, used almonds instead of walnuts in the crumble; the hockey players in my house loved it for a quick and easy pick me up between team weekend ice practices!

I watched this episode yesterday and made these muffins this morning for breakfast. They were absolutely delicious! I made a raspberry variation, since that is what I had on hand. I used raspberry greek yogurt and fresh raspberries instead of peach. Yum!!! The yogurt makes the muffin super moist, and the crumb topping adds a delicious crunch. Perfect combo! Thanks Bobby, I will definitely be making these again! I can't wait to try all the different flavor variations!
