    I think it is amazing that one would complain about boiled parsley buttered potatoes "being boiled peeled potatoes with parsley and a little butter". Isn't that the goal here? It is a elegant recipe in its simplicity that allows one to enjoy the nuances of the potatoe flavors unadorned with other distracting elements. Cooking then with the skins on and then peeling them adds complexity to the dish. Read my lips: it's all about the potatoes! One might do well to rethink this versatile lowly tuber.

    I followed the recipe and found nothing special about the potatoes. They ended up being boiled peeled potatoes with parsley and a little butter.

    Very disappointed as I have tried Laura's other recipes and enjoyed them very much.

    Excellent simple recipe. I have been trying to recreate potatoes like these for a while, and finally have a recipe to do it. I love how easy the potatoes are to peel after they are cooked.
