  • 10-12 oz trimmed rib-eye steak

    Directions

    Season steak with salt and pepper. Lightly brush steak with vegetable oil and place on 400 degree grill. Have squeeze bottle of vegetable oil handy to apply to coals for additional flare ups and char cook on steak. Cook meat for approx. 4 mins a side for med rare steak

    Cook Notes: If using a charcoal-fired grill, have a squeeze bottle of vegetable oil handy to apply to the coals for controlled flare-ups to achieve perfect char.
