  1. Serving suggestion: light ice cream or yogurt
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and set aside.
  3. Lightly toast the waffle, and then tear it into pieces. Place the pieces in a blender or food processor, and pulse until they are reduced to crumbs.
  4. Place the crumbs in an even layer on the baking sheet, and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake in the oven until crispy, 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Serve over light ice cream or yogurt. Enjoy!
