Bourbon Tea Punch with Citrus Ice Cubes

Individually frozen citrus slices allow these ice cubes to double as a beautiful garnish, and because of their size, they melt more slowly so your drink doesn't get diluted

ingredients

  • 1 lime, quartered and sliced
  • 1 orange, quartered and sliced
  • 3 cups apple juice
  • 2 cups strong-brewed iced tea, preferably English breakfast
  • 1 1/2 cups bourbon

Directions

Divide the lime and orange slices among the cups of a 12-cup silicone muffin pan. Fill the cups with water and let freeze completely.

Combine the apple juice, tea, bourbon, brandy, lemon juice and zests in a punch bowl. Add the citrus ice cubes.
