Incredible dish. I couldn't stop complimenting my own cooking! My new favorite. I used rice wine instead of sake, which is apparently the same thing.

I was about to make this but for some reason the Sake all disappeared and the next thing i knew it was morning and the chicken was still sitting on the counter. Perhaps i should avoid cooking with Sake.

Made this tonight and it was really delicious! I've eaten a few different variations of this dish and this was very tasty. I made the recipe exactly as written and it turned out well (even with the lemon juice at the end which I thought was kind of odd. One thing to note - if you like spicy, add another 1-2tbs of the chili paste or add some korean chili flakes (the kind used to make kimchi.
