Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When the oil begins to smoke, add the onions

and saute, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are soft and beginning to brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Add the chicken broth, collard greens, turkey wings, tomatoes, vinegar, sugar
, seasoned salt and pepper and bring to a simmer
. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover and cook until the greens and turkey
wings are tender, 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot.
