Made this recipe a few months ago for a "special" dinner party. All our guests were impressed with the variety of flavors, textures and presentation. If you're looking for that "special" meal to entertain close friends or family, you can't miss with this recipe. Reduce until the balsamic reduction is syruppy, the leek beurre blanc is delicious and the roasted cauliflower puree is something you'll want to make over and over.....it is just that good. I have prepared this meal on three separate occasions to rave reviews each time. Great jog with this, Brian!
