    This recipe was very quick and easy and had great flavor! I skipped the flour to make it even easier. My tilapia fillets were pretty large (6-10 oz, so I just had 2 of them but it was nice because I didn't have to repeat the frying step. The pistachios really make this dish!!

    My husband and I love tilapia. We tried the recipe with the pistachios and it was very good. A nice light meal. I made a green salad and had crusty bread with it. It is a must have in my recipe box.
