Make the buffalo chicken: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add the hot sauce and chili powder and stir. Add the pulled chicken, toss together, and cook until heated through.
Make the blue cheese dressing: Combine the sour cream, blue cheese, green onion, garlic salt and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.
Toast the hamburger buns and and slather with the blue cheese dressing. Make sandwiches on the buns with the lettuce and buffalo chicken.
