    With all that butter and brown sugar, how can you go wrong? I have to confess though, when I made these, I didn't have any Scotch so I used a good bourbon. The flavor was interesting and oh so rich. I will try these again with the Scotch for comparison, but I think I'll use only one egg. The texture was a little too cake-like for me. Overall, simple to make and well worth the effort.
