This was a good scone recipe. They came out nice and fluffy. I think there is too much milk in the recipe. Luckily added the milk little by little instead of just pouring it into the mixture. On the show she used a small container of buttermilk, which looks much less than the 1 1/4 cup this recipe calls for. Also, too much baking soda. Next time I will reduce it to 1 1/2 tsp..
