Two thumbs way up! It was easy, easy and delish. Haha I forgot to add the butter but it made no difference. I added bannana slices, blueberry and ground up flaxseed. This recipe will definately be added to my favs.

By far the best pancake recipe. I used half whole wheat flour and half AP flour. Cooked up fluffy and beautiful. AMAZING!!!

I have made this recipe without the blueberries and it is excellent. The trick with any pancake batter is to let it rest for a while. If you use a 1/4 cup of batter per pancake, the pancake is too small, however, 1/2 cup batter makes a perfect size. Will make approx. 3 servings. Everyone loves these pancakes, don't hesitate to make them !!! BTW if the batter comes out a little too thick, just add a little more buttermilk.
