Very yummy! I did make a couple changes though, 1One cup wheat flour, and the rest A.P flour, 2 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar and only 1/4 cup white granulated (3/4's of both seemed ridiculous!I tasted the raw cookie dough and was pleased w/ the sweetness. 3Used dried cranberries, and chopped pecans along w/choc. chips. I love that they came out just sweet enough, so that you can still taste the butter and vanilla!

The cookies turned out very crisp and very thin. The texture was grainy (probably becuase of the whole wheat flour. I like my oatmeal cookies to be soft and chewy.
