Fail! First,it didn't come out of the pan in one piece despite following exact directions and timing. When I pieced it back together the apples & caramel were bitter. My husband actually gagged.... I am willing to accept that my technique may have been imperfect but I followed instructions exactly and the taste was just awful. Bummer!
