ingredients

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons Ghost Pepper Sauce, recipe follows
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Pinch garlic salt, to taste
  • 2 whole cooked lobster tails, diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 green bell pepper, small dice
  • 1/4 medium tomato, small dice
  • 1/8 white onion, small dice
  • Crackers, for serving
GHOST PEPPER SAUCE:
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 ghost pepper, finely diced (you can substitute a habanero or serrano chile)

Directions

Combine the Ghost Pepper Sauce, mayonnaise, garlic salt, lobster, lime juice, bell pepper, tomato and onions in a medium mixing bowl. Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more Ghost Pepper Sauce, if desired. Serve with salty crackers.
