I made this, today, and it was wonderful. It's mildly sweet, yet you don't lose the flavor of the carrots. It was my first time cooking with cardamom and I love the spice. This dish could easily be a nice, warm breakfast.

This recipe has different measurements than the one found in "Bal's Quick & Healthy Indian" cookbook, plus the addition of ricotta cheese. The one from the book tastes good but ended up soupy and never did firm up. I think this one is much better.
