Loved this recipe, very easy to make. Since I'm not a big fan of Rosemary, I added Fresh Basil instead. Yummy!!

This is delicious--the only change I made was subbing homemade veggie stock for the chicken stock to make it vegetarian!! Also, I took the advise of lauren_michelle and I baked it in a casserole dish! MMMMM Thanks Rachel and Lauren!

Nice and spicy sauce. Love the idea of incorporating Chick Peas in the sauce for creaminess.

This is a healthy dish with simple flavors (nothing too powerful that is very healthy. A great choice when you need/want a break from overly rich food.

I made this earlier this week and loved it. This pasta is super quick and easy, really delicious, and a great new way to use chickpeas. One thing to be aware of though: the 1 pound of penne it calls for makes way more than 4 servings. Be prepared for lots of leftovers. I decided to put all the leftover pasta and sauce in a casserole dish, topped it with shredded cheese (just an Italian blend from the grocery store, and I'll bake it in the oven for dinner tonight. Hopefully it turns out well and I'll get two meals out of one recipe!
