This is a nice change up from heavy pasta sauces. I needed a quick late night dinner and had a bag of frozen shrimp (uncooked so I made this. My husband who really likes tons of sauce on his pasta was unsure of this one but he loved it! So fresh and tasty.

This was great. Since I wanted to serve this to my kids, I went with sweet peppers. Served it with garlic rice n it was a big hit!
