I have made this three times and it has been perfect always. Well worth the effort. The comment about being dry, they over cooked the dressing.

This was truly a wonderful stuffing. Lots of texture and depth of flavor. It's my new favorite stuffing.

Made it. A lot of work for dressing that turns out dry and without great flavor. Saved by pouring gravy over it.

I love the Show!
Great to see brother's working side by side but you are both so different.
I will be using the mash potatoes recipe, Tradtional Turkey, and Gray this weekend for my son and his family will be home. He is on leave - The Navy!

I can not thank you enough for sharing the chive biscuit recipe and the richest, creamiest, more flavorful dressing I have ever made! Thank you. It went really well with your turkey recipe. My homegrown herbs were elevated beautifully. Thank you! Hope to see more of the Voltaggio Brothers!
