I made this recipe exactly as it says too and it was absolutely fabulous. So delicious and perfectly spicy, and the cinnamon is a wonderful addition. I will make this again and again. It's a great change up from a traditional red chili. So good with low fat sour cream!! Yum!!

I tried this recipe last week and my family LOVED it. I made a few variations. 1. I did not add the cinnamon, because my husband does not like it in hearty dishes. 2. I added two cans of black beans, my family loves them. It added and extra healthy bean plus taste. I will be making this again.

Simply delicious! The cinnamon is an amazing addition and along with the other spices it creates a beautiful aroma. I added every topping to make it a "drop 5" meal and again all blended well together. I made a few modifications like using mostly dark ground chicken meat (75% dark and 25% white, seasoned the chicken with Lawry's season salt and garlic powder along with the salt mentioned in the recipe and used organic blue corn chips instead of traditional tortilla chips.
My BFF thought it was fantastic and so will you!
