    This is a true winner! Even my daughter went back for seconds. I used more chicken than called for and a little less noodles, but it was still very good. Hubby suggested a little Dijon in the béchamel next time. I'll definitely make this again.

    I think this is a great meal very tasty easy to prepare... an instant hit with the family... great full flavor... I prefer to cook the chicken in the oven.. it comes out juicier then the method Racheal uses, and as well I like our vegtables to have some texture.. so I remove the blanching step... which makes this very quick and easy.. have made it with MANY vegtable options, broccoil, cauliflower, green bean, peas... comes out great everytime...
