I've been eating pad see ew for almost 20 years -- from my favorite Thai restaurant. I've tried to replicate it several times - not even close. This recipe is delicious and identical to the restaurant I go to. I do use shrimp rather than chicken. The key is that sweet soy sauce and the oyster. Amazing. and I make a huge batch because it's even better days 2 and 3. Thank you!

Recipe is great! Kid's loved it and request it every week. You do need to marinate the chicken in soy, garlic, and ginger beforehand though. I hope someone updates the recipe soon.

Very good, but recipe above is not quite right. Chicken, egg white, garlic and a little soy needs to marinate separately for 1/2 hr.-1hr. before cooking.
