For the chicken: Preheat a grill to high heat. Sprinkle the chicken breasts
with cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

the chicken breasts until cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, 4 to 5 minutes per side.

and ranch-style sauce
