Absolutely amazing recipe!!! I had chicken left over from making my weekly chicken stock, and I used that chicken and followed the rest of the recipe verbatim, and EVERYONE loved it, even my picky guests (and I have a few a good lunch recipe to serve up quick, I bet would even make canned chicken taste good, might go a little heavier on the fresh herbs, BUT good job xcooking channel for yet ANOTHER winner....I absolutely LOVE your show, and the ease of this recipe was great, would be excellent for a beginner chef..GREAT job...

OMG!! I just finished making this, and while I wait for it to chill ( I did cheat and eat a spoonful I had to write and say: I love this!!! I saw it on television last night, ran out and got everything I needed today, and I am so glad I did. It is refreshing, light, and so easy to make. I am not a big fan on mayo so I used a little less, for my taste. My girls liked it too. I will definitely be making this again.

I knew I wanted chicken salad but I didn't know exactly what I wanted it to taste like. When I saw this recipe, at midnight, I jumped up and put it together. It is great and full of flavor> Thanks again cooking channel
