    This was a very easy recipe with outstanding flavors...I am still a novice cook and I was able to do this for dinner with ease (which says a lot!. My nine year old son loved it!

    This recipe is great! I used boneless, skinless, chicken thighs instead of breast, because I like dark meat with more flavor and did not have any shaffron threads, but it still turned out great and will be a dish I make more often. Thanks, Giada!

    My family loved this recipe and was a great change from the everyday chicken we are all burnt out on. Thank you for all your great recipes which i am working on cooking as money allows lol.

    Absolutely easy and my kids loved it! I did substitute a 4th tsp of turmeric for the saffron because I don't have saffron. The turmeric added a beautiful color and flavor. It was a hit at the supper table and my family wants it again. I am ordering some saffron so I can try the recipe as it is written. You have got to try this!
