wow, a melt in your mouth slab of meat....had a lil kick to it,but it was wonderfull...full of smokey goodness, and a hint of heat from the chilie's....i have also tried it with a fresh garlic & tyme,w/ cracked blk pepper & wostershire sauce rub as well,,wow, like a flavor explosion in my mouth......
