I've made this twice now, once as skewers according to the recipe, the second time just as marinated and grilled chicken breasts when I had no skewers -- my family loved it both times! Smaller pieces of chicken absorb more flavor rather than larger pieces like chicken breast halves. The green beans are a perfect complement to the chicken too, and so easy to make. It was a little hard finding the yellow bean sauce. Someone at our local Asian market recommended golden soybean sauce ... I don't know if it is the same as yellow bean sauce but it was delicious anyway. I highly recommend this dish for an easy but fun, fancy, and delicious meal!
