    I loved this recipe. In our local farmer's market, the fishmonger has fresh Pacific squid this time of year. The saltiness and crispy squid paired with the sweet, hot dressing for the salad makes a great main dish for two or an appetizer for more. Be sure to serve it straight from the deep fryer to the table to retain the delightful contrast in textures.
