    Great recipe. Shrimp work well instead of chicken. No mushrooms at that point.

    LOVED it! So easy and flavor was outstanding. I substituted 1/2 tsp finely grated lime rind for the Kaffir lime leaves as I couldn't find them and used sugar snap peas in place of the green beans. Will be making this on a regular basis!

    Great recipe! I couldn't find bean sprouts in the store do to a recall, and I didn't have any kaffir lime leaves but I thought this was great! a very simple easy and quick recipe with fresh ingredients! I enjoyed it!

    Made this today, had to improvise on a few ingredients. Went heavy on green beans, no carrots, substituted Sambal for red curry paste. Otherwise all the same ingredients. Came out great, nice spice to it

    This dish was so fragrant and so easy to make! I loved this so much I made it for my husband and then my mother the next day - it's absolutely yummy! Love this show and Ching's book is a must read.
