    This recipe was delicious! right after I watched the show on TV this morning, I went out to an Asian market and bought the ingredients. First time I ever used Sichuan peppercorns and it is my new favorite spice. Love chinese food but it intimidated me as being a hard dish to make, this was easy and delicious. Will keep watching more of Easy Chinese
