    I used a red pepper also for color. I love this recipe it is one of my favorite.

    I tried this recipe the other day. I used 6 thick chicken thighs and I cut them exactly as she did. The recipe is absolutely terrific!! If you prefer the spicier Chinese dishes add this to your list.
    I used a beautiful red pepper or use a second if you prefer. They give the dish some nice color.
    Try this recipe its the bomb!!
