Definitely a crowd pleaser! My Asian husband asked me to make a finger food for dinner and he loved them. I was so excited, I drove up to my parent's home and gave them and my cousins a slider too and they really enjoyed them. My husband was so impressed with this recipe and told me to add this to my recipe collection. I also have a potluck this weekend, so I will be making these. Two things I'd like to mention as a fyi: 1. There will be extra sauce leftover, so next time I will either make 8 more meatballs or freeze this sauce. 2. I used the Hawaii bread...I will either cut out very little of the excess bread from the middle or buy slightly more meat to make meatball a lil bigger.

Made them for the game the crowd loved them.Then made them again and added them to stir-fry veggies, noodles, soy and chilies and garlic paste to make a sauce. The best!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was so great and easy to make... I love them and have made them 5 times in the last 5 weeks.... Yummm
