Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons clear rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped scallions
- 1/2 red Fresno chile, sliced into rings, optional
Directions
Stir together the sesame oil, soy sauce and vinegar. Stir in the cilantro and scallions. Pour into a dipping bowl and float a few chile rings on top, if using.
