Super easy with beyond delicious results. I would definitely recommend making this dish. One suggestion...double the recipe.

This was so delicious. I used chicken, shrimp and beef. Sweet and Spicy is a great combination.

So good! Seriously one of the best we have tried.
We only wish the nutrition values were listed.

Amazingly easy and very tasty! We made the yang yang beef and simply served it over rice. Delicious!!

This is one of the best dishes I have ever had...and I am not a big salad person. I added lime juice to the lettuce and cucumbers. I may be making this for the second week in a row b/c the first one was gone after one day.

This is an amazing dish. My wife and I both thought it was one of the best Chinese dishes we had ever had. I used baby spinach, mandarin orange slices, and water chestnuts in place of the lettuce and cukes. And, in addition to scallions and zest I garnished with canned crunchy rice noodles. The only negative...no leftovers!
