    Great recipe, very delicious, but I think it's important to note that the granola will NOT be dry after the baking time. It will not "dry" until it is removed from the oven and cools off. As a first time granola baker, I was not aware of this and I kept putting it back into the oven. Eventually it got very dark and I was forced to take it out of the oven so it wouldn't burn. Very tasty though and lesson learned for next time.
