OMG is all I have to say!!! I cannot believe how simple this little sauce is and how wonderfully decadent!! I am serious when I tell you that I was overcome with joy when I first made it! I have made it several times now with different chocolates and using chunky peanut butter. It literally takes 3 min to make and it soooooooooooo worth it!! I was afraid of adding the hot water, that it would make the chocolate seize - but it doesn't. Thank you Nigella for the absolute best sauce in the whole wide world!!
