Mix the red chili powder, vinegar, oregano, salt, cumin, guajillo pepper powder and garlic together in a large bowl. Mix in the ground pork and cover. Fry the meat as is or stuff into the cleaned pig intestine to create sausage links before cooking thoroughly.
