This recipe was great and easy. My Great Nieces are very picky eaters and they loved them.

I've never actually written a review but this one compelled me. Brilliant recipe. We didn't use the hot sauce because our kids are picky, and we used gluten-free flour and bread crumbs. It was easy and so delicious I don't think we will ever buy nuggets again.

My family loves this recipe. We make a large batch and freeze them for the future. My 2 1/2 year old loves these nuggets. He has never had any other kind.
Sometimes we mix chicken thighs and breasts depending on what we have in the house. Also, have dredging them in bread crumbs, I recommend putting them in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes. This makes them nice and crispy when frying.

I would not make this again. I did not like the flavor, they seemed to have a sour aftertaste either from or combination of buttermilk, lemon and cheese. it did not bother my mother however, she still would prefer something else. Plus, the texture was just not something I am intrested in. I will stick to chicken tenders.

My daughter my be a college student but still loves chicken nuggets. Tried out this recipe on her and her friend and they loved it. I did not have garlic flavor hot sauce, so I infused garlic to my own hot sauce. As for the dipping sauce I use a spicy deli mustard instead and gave and nice sweet and spicy kick to it.

I must not have drained enough buttermilk off of the chicken thighs as it was very difficult to shape the nuggets - too moist and loose! Perhaps I'll try it the next time without buttermilk. As well perhaps I over processed the mixture - the nuggets were very airy. They were good, but room for improvement.

We really liked them! We like the fact that we know what is going into them and we can control what goes into them. We are trying to get away from processed food, and do clean eating. For sure make again!
